CANCELLATION POLICY

At Skin By Brynn, we value your time and appreciate the same in return. • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee. • No-call, no-show appointments are unacceptable and will be charged 100% of the service cost. • If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be forfeited and considered a no-show. By booking an appointment with Skin By Brynn, you agree to these terms.
